The Challenge We Address
Many villages in Andhra Pradesh face severe water scarcity. Some have water sources like borewells or ponds, but lack proper distribution systems to reach every home. Others have water sources so far away that fetching water becomes a full-time burden. Women spend 3-4 hours daily just collecting water, time that could be spent earning income, caring for children, or pursuing education.
Even when water is available, it’s often contaminated with harmful bacteria, chemicals, and impurities. Families have no choice but to drink unsafe water because they cannot afford alternatives. This leads to recurring illness, medical expenses, and preventable suffering.
Our Water Installation Solutions
Complete Piping Network Installation
We install comprehensive water distribution systems that connect existing water sources to every household in the village. Our modular piping networks are designed specifically for each community’s unique geography and needs.
Working alongside villagers, we lay pipes spanning kilometers, connecting borewells and water sources to strategically placed storage tanks. From these main tanks, water flows through smaller distribution tanks equipped with taps placed at convenient locations throughout the village. Every household gets easy access to water without long walks.
In one village project, we installed a complete system with 35 taps, one 5,000-liter main storage tank, seven 2,000-liter distribution tanks, and a 2-kilometer piping network serving 200 homes. What once took hours now takes minutes. Water wastage reduced by 75% as the efficient piping system eliminated spillage during transport.
Water Purification Plants
Installing pipes is only half the solution—water must be safe to drink. We establish community water purification plants that remove harmful contaminants, bacteria, and chemical impurities from water sources.
